Denton Hall is at the heart of the reserve and is a lovingly restored, Grade I, Georgian country hall. Redefined and redesigned for you to take over and hire exclusively as your own home for weddings, events and celebrations.
Taking inspiration from nature and surrounding moorland, woodland and dramatic Yorkshire landscape, we’ve designed the hall using a natural palette and sustainable materials to enhance the heritage of the building, ensuring the period features shine with a new, unconventional elegance.
You can have a key to the hall and become the new lord or lady of the manor for the weekend, as it’s now available for exclusive bookings, allowing for private use of the house, it’s 25 bedrooms and generous grounds.

A historic house for hire, this Grade-I listed Georgian country home, is beautifully crafted, with ten bedrooms for you to take over exclusively as your own home. In addition we have 15 more bedrooms in the east and west wing. The centrepiece of Denton Reserve, this historic home has been carefully reimagined with breathtaking views of the lake, Denton’s grounds and surrounding Yorkshire countryside.
