Working at Denton Reserve means being part of a landscape-scale project of national significance and a luxury hospitality and wellness offering thats reimagining rural stays, on purpose, with purpose.

Denton Reserve sits within a remarkable Yorkshire Dales landscape shaped by peat, mossland, woodland and open pasture. These habitats form the backbone of the estate’s long-term nature recovery programme. Peatlands and moss areas hold water, store carbon and support rare plant and bird life, while the surrounding grasslands and woodlands provide the space for livestock and wildlife to coexist within a carefully managed system.

Living and working here means being immersed in a landscape that is constantly changing with the seasons. Early mornings over mist rising from the moss, long summer days on the pasture, and the steady rhythm of livestock moving through the land are all part of life on the Reserve. It is a place where traditional land skills meet modern ecological ambition, and where thoughtful management can shape the health of the landscape for decades to come.
